PAYMENT, REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY

By receiving services at our salon, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • All services provided are FINAL SALE.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed nail, spa, beauty, or salon services.
  • If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify management before leaving the salon so we can reasonably address your concerns.
  • Any adjustments or corrections must be requested within 3 days of the original service and are provided at management's discretion.
  • We do not provide cash refunds, credit card reversals, chargebacks, or partial refunds for completed services.
